A Bit About Me

Tenson Mkhala is a journalist and photojournalist who has been in this profession for more than 10 years. He is a versatile news reporter with many journalistic skills and a bias for photography. 

Mr. Mkhala studied journalism and public relations at the Zambia Institute of Mass Communications (ZAMCOM). He has worked for a number of media organizations, including the Zambia Daily Mail (a government media house), Yastani Radio, New Vision Newspapers, and The Post Newspaper.

Tenson is an award winning journalists with a number of awards in photography. He won Best Photojournalist in 2014, Best Photojournalism Feature in 2016, and recently Best Photojournalist in Public Health in 2021.
