A Bit About Me

Kunle Ogunfuyi is an award winning Nigerian photojournalist and a documentary photographer. He is currently with ThisDay Newspapers as the online Photo Editor. He has covered several personal projects and commissioned assignments primarily in Nigeria and West African countries. Ogunfuyi has been a photo stringer for the Associated Press, Global Photo Associates, Arise Magazine, and other local and international agencies.

Beginning his career as a freelance community photographer in Lagos, his work has covered notable events in Nigeria such as oil subsidy protests, Boko Haram, politics, traditional institutes, and cultural events like the Abuja carnival. His work has evolved beyond capturing moments, and has begun exploring stock images by brief.

Ogunfuyi believes everything is possible once you focus and work towards it.
